I’ve got mild eczema on my fingers and toes at the moment, and it’s irritating me! I used to have it really terribly all over me, so used steroid cream, but I don’t want to use steroids for this. I don’t get affected by soaps or anything; I use ones that don’t irritate it, and my clothes don’t make it worse. Does anyone have any alternative remedies?

Evening primrose. It also helps with PMS symptoms. AND it’s inexpensive.
I suggest all natural Optiflora which will treat the cause internally and not just the sumptom.

Just go a buy some Tinactin over the counter anywhere, and always use gloves when you wash any dishes. I have it and dish soaps irritate my hands terribly. It could be some sort of hard well water causing it too.
I agree with Jenny here. I get it too sometimes and I use the Tanactin too.
