Just go a buy some Tinactin over the counter anywhere, and always use gloves when you wash any dishes. I have it and dish soaps irritate my hands terribly. It could be some sort of hard well water causing it too.

You can buy Green Beans and Smelly Grass from Chinese Stores then boil it together to make a soup then at the end u place in sugar (any quantity u want but of course not too much) and u drink it! It taste excellent as well!
