Is there an alternative remedy for having kidney failure?

An alternative to dialysis and kidney transplant? What can you do to help keep your kidneys from shutting down? What diets, types of foods? Exercise? Avoid what foods?

Kidney failure is something I’m very aware ov, my mother had kidney failure,
Firstly, the things to stay away from is potassium, hav a very low salt diet, drink water, and unfortunately there isn’t a fantastic deal that can help apart from dialysis.
Now, there are the options ov having dialysis at home or at the hospital. You could hav a fistula, this is a small implant that buzzes under ur skin, usually in ur arm, that lines up to a dialysis machine, with a fistula you can
Go swimming, ect. The other one is two plastic tubes which hang from ur chest, they will carry heparin, dandivin or warfarin, both do the same job.
A kidney transplant is a excellent option.
There are no other ways really ov keeping your kidneys working without this.
Hopefully this was ov sum help
