St Johns Wort is as effective as any prescribed drug and has no side effects or addictions.
Ow what does it do, you question? It is a mood enhancer or a relaxer.

Although broccoli by itself is allegedly the greatest green plant to be stranded on a desert island with, I simply recommend adding it to a very well juiced (with a machine that uses an auger) Green Drink whose recipes is as follows.

All ingredients are 100% ORGANIC and quantities given are intended per each individual:

1 Cucumber (Ends cut off, but skin cleaned-not removed)
2 Regular size (green is okay, but purple is preferred) Kale leaves (or a handful serving)
5 Dandelion leaves (or a handful serving)
5 Purple Cabbage leaves (or a handful serving)
1 Handful serving of broccoli florets with large stem excluded

If you add more than the most perfect pieces to your juiced drink – you’re probably not going to hurt yourself since your vegetables are organic. I’m referring at least to the large broccoli stem because I once drank a shot of pure stem juice and can’t say I liked it.

This juiced drink contains many green vegetables and purple colors that are known to assisting in life-giving, and blood ph-balancing qualities.

The next best is a team of olive oil and minced garlic; marinate it and place where you need it. Use regularly. If people can’t stand your odor; they’re looking for an excuse to get rid of you anyway, so reckon twice before wearing it at work!

vitamin c, also known as ascorbic acid. This taken at high doses if not more, or a small less can heal anything from inflammation, kidney stones, mental illness, even cancer. The cancer one and also all the others, you would have to take at extreme high doses, 100g or more. For just overall health, take about 5-10g a day.

    Hydrogen peroxide!
You can use it for so many things including curing sore throats and candida. If I lived in the middle of nowhere and I needed a working medical system for the people, peroxide would be one of the 5 things I had.

Nettle Tea would certainly have to be my couldn’t live without herb ♥

Nettle is an herb very high in vitamin K, which guards against excessive bleeding. Nettle improves kidney function neutralizes uric acid, preventing its crystallization, aiding in its elimination from the system, thus relieving gout and arthritis. Nettle is useful as a tea for anemic children, due to its nutritive value……. so will also increase your energy & fatigue levels… Nettle is also high in minerals such as iron, calcium, sulfur, sodium, copper, manganese, chromium, and silicon. Nettle is also used as an astringent to help stop bleeding and to reduce menses flow…………. that time of the month has never been so excellent. Nettle is also a blood purifier and assists in lowering blood pressure.

Really and truly, try the nettle tea (if you are a female of course it works wonders for the excessive bleeding) and nourishes you with precious calcium, iron, vitamin K, etc… at the same time…. works for me and i used to have hideous monthy pain & exhaustion …. ;0)

Simply go get yourself some of the loose leaf, organic variety of the herb from the health food store and place 1 – 2 teaspoons full into a teapot and top with hot water…. leave to brew for 10 – 15 minutes and drink up♥

Please also ensure that you still drink plenty of fresh filtered water as nettle is a natural diuretic ♥

Use a Tea Bag dipped in boiling hot water (Like making hot tea) On your Hemroids.
Trust me it’s Way better then any MEDS a Dr can prescribe for you and it WORKS!
Make sure to NOT burn yourself . But try and apply the tea bag to infected area as hot as you can stand it.
It works straight away and usually within 2 or 3 treatments in a day, your roids are really gone!
    Pain, swelling, Itching all gone!
In sever cases it may take 2 or 3 days but i promise you it works!

Here’s what i do. I make a cup of Hot tea in a Styrofoam cup. And i take the cup with tea bag in it with me into bathroom. Sit on th Potty and take tea bag and gently test area before pressing tea bag (Wet and Hot) on your Roids.
Reapplie 5 or 6 time a session. Trow away cup and tea bag in trash after wards,
Wash hands after wards as well LoL.
Trust me this is a Miracle Cure! Stop wasting money on Rx and Over the counter meds.
    A tea Bag WORKS!!!
