I’ve tried exercise, melatonin tea, hot baths, warm milk, hot shower. Relaxation techniques. It’s getting really terrible and I’m even starting to hallucinate from sleep deprivation some days. Ambien is completely out as an alternative.I’d like to avoid prescriptions if at all possible. Serious answers only, please, as I’m not finding the challenge humerous at all. It’s impacting my health in other areas. Thank you.
